With the playstyle of "trap weaving" you will use this talent to occasionally proc additional Explosive Shots with a 22 second cooldown. Lock and Load - This is a required 3/3 talent and a staple of the Survival specialization.This is a required 3/3 talent, increasing your damage of Explosive Shot, Explosive Trap, Black Arrow, and Immolation Trap by 6%. This is a very hard hitting ability and should always be top priority to cast. This ability can only be cast on targets with 20% or less health. Kill Shot - Kill Shot is essentially the Hunter version of Execute.Misdirection - Misdirection now transfers threat caused by you to your selected party member for the next 4 seconds instead of the next 3 attacks.Expose Weakness - Expose Weakness is now only a personal debuff and no longer applies to the entire raid.This ability now makes you leap backwards while engaged in combat and will create distance between you and your target. Disengage - Disengage sees a very useful update for both PvE and PvP situations.What this means is that hunters will become much more useful in AoE situations and not just be single target killing machines. Volley - Volley now scales with Ranged Attack Power.Enemies not already targeting you will attack you for 6 seconds. Distracting Shot - Distracting Shot is now more or less a taunt ability similar to the warriors ability Mocking Blow.Steady Shot - Steady Shot will no longer be the powerhouse that it was With the removal of base weapon damage from the formula, and the addition of using ammo, Steady Shot is now now a "filler" ability. You do still need to stop movement for the Auto Shot to cast though. However in WoTLK Classic, Auto Shot will now fire while you are casting Steady Shot. Before you would have to time your abilities to not "clip" or "delay" Auto shot.
